The Foundation
HDI was founded in 2007 on the belief that we could provide a high quality, beautiful cabinet at a reasonable price, with exceptional service.
Over the years we have built a strong and loyal dealer base, which we consider to be part of our family.
The Founders
The founders of our company are a husband and wife team (John and Nancy) who each have more than 30 years of experience with fine cabinetry. They used their expertise to craft an affordable cabinetry line that stands out from the rest. At a time when the RTA cabinetry market was saturated with inferior products, HDI Cabinetry put a focus on creating a cabinet that stood out because of its noticeably better quality.

Having such a loyal dealer base makes the purchasing experience much better for you as a homeowner. We sell cabinetry that we put in our own homes. Our dealers put our cabinetry in their homes. We are proud of the product we sell and are confident that you will love it.
Our Roots
We started our company with only two door styles to choose from. We had one employee for the warehouse and a single sales rep. In August, 2008, the founders’ son began working for the company and has been with us ever since. Three months later, his best friend from childhood began working with us in the warehouse. In the years that followed, we have increased our workforce to assist in our growth. We have a tremendous group of employees who love working with us, many of whom have been with us since our early days. We pride ourselves in our fantastic company culture. Our employees take pride in what they do here and our customers benefit as a result.
Locally Inspired
We are located in the beautiful Tampa Bay area of Florida and are inspired by the region. Many of our door style names in Harbour Series are named after areas throughout our region.
Our Products
We offer three cabinetry lines, including an in-house manufactured, European inspired frameless line, a painted-to-order line with more than 20 available colors, and an in-stock line with industry-leading lead times.
