Alpine
Our Alpine door features a classic five-piece Shaker design with clean lines and a recessed center panel. We match this with our full-access box, manufactured in-house. Alpine is ideal for painted finishes, ensuring a smooth and durable surface. This style offers a versatile look that complements both transitional and contemporary spaces.

Milan
Milan presents a modern twist on the Shaker style with its slim-profile frame, offering a sleek and minimalist aesthetic. Now 100% domestically manufactured, this door style ensures superior craftsmanship and streamlined availability. Its refined construction enhances both strength and longevity, making it a timeless choice for contemporary kitchens.

Full Access, Full Expression
Frameless (Full-Access)
Take a deeper look at our full-access, plywood box construction.
1. Frameless Construction
Frameless construction, using plywood, front edge-banded. Door color-matched edge banding on front of case.
2. Back & Side Panels
All 3/4” construction with 1/4” back set inside 3/4” top and bottom nailer.
3. Shelving
Shelves are full depth, 3/4″ thick, adjustable and edge banded. Included shelf clips are metal.
4. Front Rail
Front rail of base cabinet is plywood.
5. Drawer Boxes
5/8” thick solid hard wood, dovetail joints and clear coated. Bottoms are 3/8” plywood fully captured. Slides are under mounted, full extension, and soft-close.
6. Doors
Doors are 5 piece shaker with 1/16” reveal. Available Blum Hinges are European style and soft closing. 6 way adjustable.
7. Toe Kick
Wooden toe kick available in Alpine Shaker. Plastic with brushed aluminum front panel is also an option.
8. Drawer Fronts
Drawer front reveals are 1/16” and are designed to align perfectly with adjacent drawers and doors, providing for a clean and symmetrical look. Small drawer fronts measure 7-3/8″ H. Large drawer fronts measure 14-7/8″ H.
9. Overlay Panels
Overlay panels are needed on end of runs and come out to be flush with the door and drawer front.
10. Roll-Out Trays (optional)
Optional roll trays feature same system as drawer box, but with a metal front rail.

How It Works
1. Visit your local Sherwin-Williams® store to create or select your custom color formula.
2. Work with your HDI dealer to request an Expression MyColor™ sample door in that shade.
3. Once you approve your sample, your cabinetry is crafted in your personalized color and moved into production.
*MyColor™ is available exclusively on Expression Series door styles and may require additional lead time and approval.
