Improved Specs

We’ve been busy making many improvements to Euro Series and the next generation is here. We make our doors with panels that we import from Spain and many of them feature the latest in finish technology (Supermatte finish). The front edges of our cabinet cases are now edge-banded to match your door color. Our drawer boxes are metal, Hafele MX drawers, full extending and soft-closing. Door hinges are Salice, adjustable and soft-closing. Optional, premium organizational accessories, such as Hafele’s LeMans tray for blind corner cabinets are available.

Improved Edge-banding Glue Line

We’ve invested in new equipment to greatly improve our edge-banding efficiency and quality. Our new product features a much-improved edge-band, with a nearly invisible glue line. Pictured here on the new Cemento door style.

What is Supermatte?

Our SuperMatte doors are a lacquer infused melamine. The high-tech finish is achieved by adding several coats of lacquer to the melamine door, followed by an extensive sanding and curing process. It is a highly innovative product designed to be beautiful, yet able to withstand to the demands of everyday life. The finish is a deep matte, producing nearly zero reflection. The end result is a truly beautiful product and pictures alone do not do it justice. Some of its unique properties include anti-fingerprint, auto-regenerative finish, impact resistance and silky-smooth texture. You need to see and touch this finish to truly appreciate its quality and beauty. Handcrafted in the USA

Euro Series is not manufactured in some factory overseas and stored in a box for months prior to it being installed in your brand new kitchen. Euro Series products are now manufactured at the HDI facility and built to order.*

We’re taking more control over our inventory by making a move toward in-house manufacturing. We import the SuperMatte panels from Spain, but all the cutting, drilling and edge-banding for the cabinet doors is done in-house and per order. Our white interior, Euro Series cabinet is now being manufactured in-house at HDI. We’ve invested in equipment that allows us to take more control by manufacturing our cabinet on demand and per order. Taking control of the manufacturing process allows us better control over the quality of your finished cabinetry as well as more flexibility and the ability to offer you more in this line.
